The latest customer-oriented initiative that is managed by Ford is the all-new FCGN (Ford Certified Glass Network) will offer a major industry-leading process coaching to help ensure that every Ford and Lincoln vehicle glass installation is completed with the most care and the highest quality for their customers who will be utilizing original equipment procedures and parts. As this is an important part of the Ford brand, the new FCGN will provide training and certification requirements so that only the most qualified, enrolled glass technicians can offer the Original Equipment glass replacement on the brand’s vehicles. This ensures customers get quick and efficient service whenever they need to get any glass components on their vehicles replaced.
What is the Ford Certified Glass Network?

This also means that each installer must meet the certification requirements so that they have the correct glass calibration as most windshields now include cameras or advanced technology like the Heads Up Display and the SoundScreen Acoustic technology.
